By sending this form, I agree to the following terms: (i) Registration will not be considered valid until the HSCR2024 Organizing Committee has received (1) this Registration Form on-line and (2) the full payment of your registration fee. (ii) All payments must be made in HUF and must be free of bank handling charges so that the total amount reaches us. (iii) In case of registration cancellation, due to the short period between the payment deadline and the start of the conference, there will be no refund.
